Manager/Assistant Manager - Digital Ad Sales - Gurgaon - 5 Days working - Upto 12 LPA

We have an urgent requirement for Gurgaon based organization for Digital/ Online Ad Sales.

- As a AM/ Manager - Online Ad Sales, you will be responsible of dealing with brands, agencies media planers, and other online ad buyers for the online ad inventory offered by company.

- Your role includes developing plans, targets and relationships with brands, agencies, ad networks, and media planners.

An ideal candidate will possess following :

- 3+ years of experience in online ad sales or similar role

- Prior experience with an agency, Web publisher/leading content Site or ad network.

- An MBA degree in marketing preferred but not required

- Ability to articulate the value of company Web property and ad inventory

- Carry monthly and quarterly targets for ad sales and develop plans to achieve the goals

- Develop rate cards, media kit and other go to market material for media planning for the ad buyers

- Ability to quickly develop and manage relationships

- High energy and passion

- Take ownership and result oriented

- Ability to collaborate across departments

- Desire to make impact and high work ethics
