- Responsible for leading and independently managing Post Merger Integration/Carve-out/Operational assessment projects.

- Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery.

- Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels.

- Actively drive business development and practice management initiatives.

- Lead and manage internal Teams

- Ability to work seamlessly with global teams

Eligibility :

- Must be a CA or MBA from reputed institute

Experience & skills:

- Must have experience in PMI/Carve-out/operational assessment work

- Must have Good communication & presentation skills
