Manager/Assistant Manager - Brand Alliance/Relations - eCommerce

- The role is responsible for identifying & developing new leads from new accounts, coordinating first kick-off meetings, exploring business between company & brands.

- Reach out to the key decision makers (usually CXOs) in large brands in India wanting to improve on distribution gap.

- To identify and create business opportunities for brand acquisitions.

- Managing the client relationship by championing the client's needs

- Build strong communication channels at all levels of the client's organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan through incremental and innovative strategies.

- Move the sale for our brand partners through the entire sales process, actively engaging other company resources as necessary to ensure success.

- Handles day-to-day Brand Management operations and provides timely resolution for operational issues and complaints. The role is required to regularly interface with the client and take account of any changes in customer needs.

- Practice effective relationship management, especially for clients requiring data solutions, to nurture associations.

Sales & Distribution :

- Planning & strategize to achieve Area or achieve zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products through self-driven approach

- Directly responsible to deliver sales growth

- Handling & facilitating retailer transaction from end-to-end and ensuring retailer delight, despite drastic increase in number of transactions

Enterprising :

- The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to clients of all sizes.

- Monitor with a view to develop marketing strategy, market trends of key drivers and providing market intelligence to the Brand partner from time to time.

- Develop Strategies to increase value and satisfaction for the customers. Identify targets for making strategic investments for sustainable business.

- Execution of Branding & Marketing at regional level (BTL) and implementation of schemes and offers.

- Managing and driving the growth of the client's business: Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the brand partner & Company.

- Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions.
