- Develop financial & operating KPIs to drive Best Bid submission outcomes

Exp in modelling features include :

- Income Statement

- Construction, operating and maintenance costs

- Debt financing arrangements

- Distributions to equity

- IRR assessment

- Exp to PPP

Required Candidate profile:

- Develop project financial models, budget & forecasting tools

- Know Index & Offset

- Know business valuation & corporate finance

- Know Debt funding, contract structures, Bid pricing & deferred payment plan
