Manager/Assistant General Manager - M&A Lawyer - Law Firm

Our client, one of India's leading companies, is looking to hire a Manager/ Assistant General Manager (for their Corporate Legal Team. An M&A lawyer with 10-15 years of experience, for their Mumbai office. Both law firms and in-house experts are welcome to apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Experience in dealing with M&A transactions.

- Drafting of Agreements - EPC, Project, Share Purchase, Master Services, Corporate Guarantee, Indemnities, MoUs, Leave & License, Lease, Consultancy, Employment etc.

- Expert in Legal opinions.

- Good knowledge on substantive and other applicable laws.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Organizing Training programs, Legal Conclave, Workshops etc.

- Ready to accept additional responsibilities as and when assigned
