Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate (any field) from a reputed college
- BMS/BMM with an interest in entrepreneurship
- Others - Preferred experience in Project management, Community management, managing entrepreneurial ecosystem, social media, managing and driving content across various platforms.
Key Deliverables of the Role:
- Member Acquisition: Generating applications through various channels, connecting with applicants, shortlisting of applications and being a part of the selection process
- Relationship Management: Coordination amongst key stakeholders like ASCENT Trust Group members, Facilitators, Knowledge Gurus, Academic partners etc.
- Introducing new processes, tools, programmes and institutionalizing them for enhancing the performance of a Trust Group
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and leading various ASCENT Initiatives like ASCENT Huddle sessions, Mixers, Fundraising Bootcamp, workshops, ASCENT Conclave etc.
- Communication and brand building: Communicating ASCENT's presence online across all platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinating with PR agencies for amplifying the brand awareness of ASCENT
- Coordination with vendors for designing mailers, website management and other marketing tools to build the brand of ASCENT on an ongoing basis
- CRM Management: Collection, maintenance and analysis of data across member base, events, MyASCENT Portal etc.
