Job Description:
This position will be based in Ahmedabad. Handling the entire marketing activities for the WEST CU(4 states -Maharashtra,Gujarat,GOA,MP)
Area Marketing & Commercial Effectiveness Manager will act like a product manager for all crops in their respective commercial unit and he is primarily responsible for bottom line goals i.e. Revenue, by managing trade schemes dynamically as to deliver budgeted netback without losing volume goals, He is also responsible for delivery of volume goals by leveraging his resources like Sales effectiveness & Training manager for prioritizing the right segments, geography, channel partners to focus and also Campaign & Analysis Manager for driving product launch and ramp up campaigns to create strong demand.
In addition, he is responsible for implementation of commercial policy and business process, the operational efficiency goals i.e. A&P, Office and logistic expenses, sales return within allotted budget. He is owner for growth projects, execution of Business and GTM (Pravakta, Parivaar etc.) strategy. and played a vital role in Hybrid decision making and positioning right product in right acre.

Product Lifecycle Management Introduction/Exit, age, volume projections, testing strategy and registration
Positioning FABs, USPs, creative
Place - Geography, Target Competition, Pricing Strategy value indexing, price inputs to the Product Manager, price formalizations and scheme settlements
CU Marketing Plans
Promotions communication, MCM plan, campaign plan, brand adherence and launches.
Placement allocations to regions, logistics within CU, RSP for CU, seed movement from Plant to CU.
Operational Plans sales planning, rolling forecasts, campaign budgets, monthly & Year end outlooks,

Qualification / Pedigree Needed MBA-Marketing (Premium institutes); with basic graduation in Agriculture or Equivalent
Band & Salary Level for the role 25-30 LPA
Experience: 10 to 12 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 25,00,000 to 30,00,000
