We are looking for Technical Manager - Archer eGRC for our client which is based at Gurgaon location. Responsibilities: - Ability to work as a Technical Project Manager driving the delivery of RSA Archer eGRC projects. - Ability to work as an Archer eGRC Solution Architect driving the design of GRC solutions. - Ability to prepare effort estimates and support the sales/pre-sales activities. - Contribute in various phases of the GRC engagements such as requirements gathering, process/workflow design, solution configuration, testing and deployment. - Ability to work effectively as a team leader, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating clients and leadership on status of assigned work streams. - Responsible to provide end to end support for Archer development or Manage Services engagements. - Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties. - Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. - Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team. - Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects. - Regular status reporting to the Senior Managers, Directors and onsite coordinators. - Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed. - Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations on need basis. Mandatory skills requirements: - B.E/B.Tech/MBA/M.Sc with 9-12 years of implementation and advisory experience in GRC Domain. - Should have completed at least 2 end to end implementations for Archer eGRC. - Experience in integrating Archer with 3rd Party applications using Data Feeds / APIs. - Knowledge of out-of-the-box solutions and Use cases. - Basic understanding of GRC domain including Information Security and Risk Management. - Knowledge of Archer installation, upgrade and maintenance. - Knowledge of Archer control panel and server related activities. - Experience of designing on-demand solutions in Archer eGRC Suite to meet specific client requirements. - Experience of packaging the end product for delivery / production deployment - Knowledge of other GRC platforms (Open Pages, Process Unity, SAP GRC, Oracle GRC) will be an added advantage. - Knowledge of TIBCO, Tableau will be an added advantage.
