Manager - Analytics - Salesforce Effectiveness Team - FMCG/Pharma

An Analytics role supporting the sales force effectiveness team in several initiatives to improve top line of Consumer/Pharma products.

key Responsibilities -

1. Support Short-term Analytical projects from concept to design and implementation

2. Incentive Design & Analytics

3. Target setting

4. Field performance reporting

5. Execution Analytics

At least 2 years of experience in consulting/Analytics/sales operation with strong skills in (Excel, VBA,SQL) etc. 

Basic qualification should be B.Tech / MBA
