Manager - Analytics - Portfolio Governance - Financial Firm

1) Responsible for overall Analytics management with regular monitoring of product portfolio and development of sustainable growth strategies for SME Business.

2) Provide recommendations and strategic support based on portfolio trends and analytical insights across the entire credit life cycle (acquisition, portfolio and collections) and ensure alignment to business growth and risk appetite/plan.

3) End to end ownership in developing and implementation of application, behavioural and collections scorecards and model driven strategies. Implementation of models in the rule engine.

4) Work with Internal teams to design and maintain DataMart as a single source of data for MIS/reporting/analytics. Provide timely dashboard/ decks/MIS reports to help in decision making, conduct ad hoc analysis and data cuts based on requirements.

5) Deep dive into portfolio performance and identify variables that are having Positive/ adverse impact and support development and maintenance of a framework to measure and monitor product portfolio performance.

6) Work Closely with analytics team of org to get best product offerings & pricing from Vendors like Bureau etc

7) Engage with credit bureaus to best utilize their data with the end aim of improving book quality - better selection of customers at login stage, line management and portfolio actions at growth stage and better collection framework for the defaulters.
