Manager - Analytics & Planning - Scoping and managing end-to-end planning of the Payments Partnerships org - Enable senior leadership decision making by streamlining the measurement of KPIs and identifying the key drivers of these KPIs by building causal models - Front ending all discussions with Planning, Business Finance and Business team for smooth and timely execution of all programs and initiatives - Responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to leadership teams - Deep diving into assessment of key drivers for KPIs by drawing relevant business hypothesis and quantifying the impact of these drivers on the relevant KPI - Perform quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights - Business forecasting and tracking business performance on AOP. Requirements : - Knowledge on the card payments and consumer lending market is a must - Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders - Strong problem solving and comfort in dealing with data - Proficient in MS Office - Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment
