Manager - Analytics - NBFC

Analytics Manager-Renowned NBFC- Chennai (Data Execllence department )

Job Responsibility :

- Working with multiple internal stakeholders to add value through insights and analytics

- Work closely with business leaders and product managers to understand requirements, translate to analytics projects

- Work closely with software vendors for timely delivery of new initiatives

- Develop, monitor and deliver key analytics projects and business initiatives from start to finish

- Mentoring and guiding the analyst team

- Project planning, monitoring and management

- Collaborating with business and field teams

Qualification Required :

- Should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any other quantitative discipline and an MBA from an institute of repute.

- She/he must have 7 years+ experience in Customer insights, Market research, Analytics or Analytics consulting, or Account Management/Client servicing in IT organisations.

Skill Required :-

- Strong analytical capabilities - data driven with strong understanding of key analytical techniques

- People management skills - ability to build, lead, and train analyst teams

- Account management skills - eye for detail, project planning and execution

- Extensive background of working with tools such as R, SAS, SPSS, SQL

- Knowledge of database structures and IT architecture

- Self-motivated go-getter, with a strong drive to create change
