Role - Manager - Analytics & MIS

Location - Gurgaon

Role & Responsibilities:

- Preparation of financial results reports and dashboards, presentation for senior management and leadership team

- Analysis of financial results, variance analysis of budget vs actual, which needs to be communicated to BU heads and senior management for challenge sessions

- Financial budgeting and planning, exposure in Hyperion will be preferred

- Candidate would require, creating and using standard procedures and methodologies, to perform data extraction, analysis, sampling and monitoring using MS-Excel, SQL or SAS or other statistical tools.

- Work with the project stakeholders to identify business needs and gather requirements for data analysis or deployment of already existing advanced analytics solutions and BI tools

- Collaborate with project team members in writing prioritized business requirements documentation, including scope definition and statement of work

- Involved in Data management skills (e.g. data modeling, data integrity QA/QC), data crunching

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 8+ yrs

Education or Certifications :

- MBA Finance, Graduates or Post-Graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics. B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc.(Statistics)/B.C.A./M.C.A/M.Sc.(Statistics)

- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
