Business Planning and Strategy: - Use App Annie Intelligence t answer keys business questions for Company vs. competition across Watch Time, Engagement, affinity, cross-app usage, install and usage penetration. - Share data driven inputs with internal stakeholders to align strategy basis the category and direct competition - Content Acquisition: Data driven inputs to content acquisition teams to evaluate acquiring/commissioning of new content Drive Viewership on Company: - Drive efforts towards achieving overall Viewership on Company - Break up of overall viewership on Company - Company Network viewership - Non Company viewership - Tamil and Telugu content viewership Create Data and Consumer Driven Culture: - Company Dashboard creation to democratize data access to the team to track and monitor their individual business KPIs - Company Dashboard Adoption: Access to be provided to various team with relevant access to the Dashboard - Company Brand Track - Consumer feedback based business decisions: Quarterly consumer feedback sessions to be arranged for key business stakeholders for first hand consumer feedback/review via qualitative research - MIS - Monitor business KPIs and share with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure Business KPIs are met and if not discuss course corrections Perception - Content View: - Periodic evaluation of Content Perception from the consumer stand point - Strategic thinker balanced with a grasp of details.
