Manager - Analytics - KPO

- Work with the teams to provide direction, explain the business aspect of the problem and provide thought leadership on emerging statistical techniques, algorithms, etc

- Play the role of a people manager, taking care of team members- needs and motivations and target maximum retention.

- About 10 years of experience with atleast 5 years in analytical roles, implementing projects end-to-end

- Prior experience of leading multiple teams and engaging multiple stakeholders

- CPG experience preferred

Experience of having led the teams that built complex statistical models using some of the following:

- Multinomial logit

- Integrated forecasting using GLM / Mix Models

- Optimization using Simulated Annealing / Genetic Algorithms

- Different types of simulations and simulations software

Cluster Analysis :

- Proven skills in translating statistics into insights

- Excellent communication skills

- Proven leadership qualities and ability inspire action and deliver high quality results

IT skills required

- Knowledge of R, Python, Hive, Excel

- Strong presentation skills (verbal, PowerPoint)

- Understanding of Analytics Tech Stacks and knowledge of some ETL tools
