Role Name: Manager - Analytics

Context:

Analytics initiatives are spread across businesses and functions. As a Specialist, individual is responsible to understand the business requirements, identify how various analytical tools and methods can address that business need and play the role of key liaison between various functions to deliver on the business requirements and meet customer satisfaction criteria.

Key Responsibilities

- Study, analyze, cleanse and prepare large amount of data to derive insights that can be turned into solutions to business problems and opens up newer frontiers of opportunities for the internal stake holders

- Implement new and / or utilize existing Machine Learning algorithms, making impactful predictions, forecasts, anomaly detection, recommendations and so on Visualize the results in the context of the business problem

- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a pro-active manner.

- Work and lead colleagues in reporting team for reports and automation

- Develop in-house data science knowledge-base

Educational & Experience requirements:

- B. Tech & MBA from top engineering institute with 2-10 years of experience

- Should have experience of handling a team

- Good communication skills, reasoning and analytical ability

- Must be collaborative in approach and a team player

- Very good at networking, negotiations and influencing

- Capability to understand the customer needs and strong business acumen

- Ability to handle large teams and handle multifunctional project
