Role : Analytics Manager Role &amp; Responsibilities : 1. Understand business needs and objectives 2.Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting 3. Define companywide metrics and relevant data sources 4. Select, configure and implement analytics solutions 5. Lead and develop a team of data analysts 6. Apply statistical models and conduct data analysis in high dimensions 7. Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality 8. Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights 9. Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance. Qualification : 1. Masters or Bachelors degree from a Tier 1 institute (IIT/NIT/BITS) 2. Should have managed a team of at least 3 analysts 3. Min. 5 yr of analytics experience, preferably in a Tier 1/high growth startup environment 4. Should be proficient in working on relational databases SQL/MySQL 5. Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase, SAS) 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skill
