Desired Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years experience in Analytics.

- 2-4 years of experience working in a consulting environment

- Experience leading teams of size 2-5.

- Good experience of leading a team including technical guidance to team, performance appraisals, managing discipline issues, client management, project management.

- Should have worked on analysis involving sharing of insights and recommendations, with recommendations having been implemented by business.

- Proficient in SAS, Excel and PPT making skills.

- Strong Leadership and mentoring skills.

- Willingness to work from Bangalore.
