Manager - Analytics - eCommerce Domain

Responsibilities :

- Identify, develop and deliver key analytics projects that will make significant impact to the company and eCommerce in India.

- You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, subject matter experts to design and define performance metrics and goals

- You will be responsible for modelling complex problems and processes using various analytical tools and methods

- You will work with different lines of business to problem solve, measure and track suitable metrics for efficiency and effectiveness

- As a manager, you guide the way for our analysts

Skills and capabilities :

- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical business - product, marketing, operations and finance

- Excellent analytical abilities - Data driven and understanding of key analytical techniques

- Experience in working with Business Intelligence/analytic tools such as Qlikview, Google Analytics, Mix Panel etc.

- Background of working on analytical tools like R, SAS, SQL and Excel would be nice to have

- People management skills - Ability to build, lead and mentor large teams of analysts

- Prior experience in working with senior business leaders and acting as their thought partner

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any other quantitative discipline

- MBA (preferred)

Previous companies worked (should have at least 3-4 years experience) :

- Analytical divisions of eCommerce companies such as Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, Myntra

- Analytical companies such Abolutdata, Mu Sigma, Fractal analytics

- Research agencies such as Nielsen, IMRB
