Job Description :

The role is a tactical team leader role, leading a 5-7 member analytics team, which supports reporting and adhoc analysis requests for a banking clients. The sub domain is Credit Cards and Unsecured Loans

- Roughly one third of the role is hands on, in order to support critical requests, remove technical bottlenecks and provide a final level resource backup.

- The role will involve team management, people development, hiring support, project management, client management etc.

Required Qualification :

- 6 -12 years experience in analytics

- 2+ years in leading a team

- 3+ years in Credit Cards domain

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Post Graduate (MBA /Statistics / OR / Economics /any other quantitative or finance disciplines)

- Proficient in MS Excel and SAS, with knowledge of a wider range of tool techniques and methodologies.
