Manager - Analytics (Collections )

We have an immediate requirement for the positions in Research & Analytics –at Managerial level for a leading ITES company at Bangalore.

Education: Preferably MBA / Post Graduate/ MSc in statistics, mathematics with a good understanding Finance & Accounting / Collections/ Order to Cash/ O2C/ and HR Analytics

OPEN FOR US SHIFTS.

Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for end to end delivery of projects. Handle multiple project modules and ensure delivery is smooth and error free.

- Identify process improvement opportunities in existing accounts and suggest areas where analytics can be embedded

- Conceptualize the analytical methodology for business problems, provide strategic and operatioal data-based insights to business. Able to identify statistical techniques to be applied for any business problem

- Solve business problems with quantitative analysis, generate insights and ability to translate statistical/mathematical results into business recommendations.
