Manager - Analytics - BFSI

- The incumbent will be responsible for a combination of data analysis, MIS reporting and analytical process management to support various business units and functions in the company. 

- The individual will be required to take on independent analytical projects to provide a business measurement matrix, build grounds-up risk reporting and MIS structures based on business requirements and work on key business initiatives. Further, the Manager will be involved in key decision driving analytical modeling for business functioning. 

- Based on the analytical outputs, Manager will make recommendations to improve the business effectiveness and hence profitability. 

- Manager will be required work in extended teams for the implementation of such recommendations. 

- Lastly, the Manager will be required to handle various key projects on his own with minimum supervision where the Manager will be required to design & implement new procedures to support MIS function.

- The role requires both business insight and technical know-how in a variety of data extraction tools, including SQL and MS Excel.
