Manager - Analytics - BFSI  Looking for candidate for the role of Manager- Analytics for a large Indian conglomerate for their BFSI company. Role would be part of the Marketing vertical and would report into Lead -Data Analytics.  Purpose of the job :   To help businesses with analysis & recommendations for analytics projects initiated at group level.  Key Responsibilities :  - Perform complex data extraction and processing.  - Combine business knowledge, insights, statistical techniques and data mining techniques to identify behavioral trends.  - Build actionable sales recommendations that will help businesses scale up their sales & revenues.   - Work closely with business analytics heads across business lines to effectively drive solutions to business problems.  - Effectively communicate findings, ideas,management elements to business stake holders.  Must Have Requirements :  - 2-4 years experience in business analytics function in financial sector.  - Ability to understand the business problems and effectively translate it into actionable deliverables.  - Hands on experience with analytical tools like SAS EG, SAS eMiner, R & Python.  - Hands on experience in predictive modeling.  - Excellent stakeholder management skills, communication & presentation skills.  Good to have Requirements :   - Project management skill is an added advantage.  - Understanding of various products in financial sector.  Personal Attributes :  - Collaborative: experience working with large non direct report teams.  - Empathetic.  - Attention to detail.  - Problem solving skills.  Qualifications :   - Post graduate or bachelors degree in business/ Statistics/ Maths/Economics.
