We are promising to create ripples in the way lending will happen in the country. We are building our mobile first platform, smart risk scoring system and soon will introduce a fast & easy way to get a loan or buy products and pay-later. We are currently building a smart and young team who together will build this start-up into a buzziest FinTech brand.

Job Summary :

AS a part of Marketing & Customer Analytics team your primary responsibility will be to support Marketing team and provide actionable insights to measure, manage and analyze all marketing related activities. In this role you are required to do analysis and solving moderate to complex marketing analytics problem. You would be a single point of contact for all Campaign Analytics related activities, provide recommendations to marketing team and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources, such as digital marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, website analytics, social media, and market research. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.

- KPI Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define relevant KPIs that align with the company's marketing objectives. Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to measure and report on these KPIs regularly.

- Marketing Strategy Optimization: Use data insights to evaluate and optimize marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, customer acquisition, retention programs, and pricing strategies. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to increase marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

- Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and dashboards to management, highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations. Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.

- Forecasting and Budgeting: Utilize historical data and predictive analytics to develop accurate marketing forecasts and assist in the budgeting process. Help allocate resources effectively across marketing channels based on anticipated performance and ROI.

- Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards, charts, and presentations to communicate complex data insights effectively. Enable stakeholders to grasp key information quickly and make data-driven decisions.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams such as marketing, sales, finance, and IT to gather data, align objectives, and ensure data integrity. Work closely with marketing teams to support campaign planning, targeting, and segmentation based on analytics insights.

- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities. Utilize research findings to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest marketing analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices. Share knowledge and train team members to enhance the overall marketing analytics capabilities of the organization.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, statistics, economics, business analytics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.

- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques is a plus.
