Manager - Analytics - BFS

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently execute assigned analytic projects/processes, leveraging data and analytical tools.

- Extract, analyze, and derive insights from data, aligning with project objectives.

- Collaborate on strategic initiatives targeting revenue growth and broader business adoption.

- Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and documentation in compliance with Audit Procedures.

- Mentor and guide team members on tools and processes.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL/SAS/Open Source Tools, proficient in building queries for data extraction and aggregation.

- Understanding of key concepts and processes in Retail Finance, with the ability to translate them into quantitative attributes/metrics.

- Proficiency in defining methodologies, presenting insights to larger teams, and influencing decision-making.
