One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Manager-Analytics (Business Planning & Strategy)  Basic Job Purpose:  - Manage Performance mgmt. & Sales Incentive Plan. Responsible for implementing the plan for pan India sales team, with end to end management- from defining parameters, target setting, performance tracking and calculation of payouts  - Incentive plan design-Responsible for development and periodic re-structuring of plan to ensure it is in line with the company’s strategies & objectives. Change management and tracking their financial impact.  - Liaison with stakeholders from business, finance, Product and Ops to ensure that the Incentives structures are in line with the company goals, employee expectations, as well as the financial budgets.   - Owner of Maker Process. Ensuring adherence to C&C guidelines and correct sales behavior  - Established an Active Network Management program, to identify top performers and use best practices to help bottom performers up the performance chain   - Responsible for performance analytics & reporting (to senior’s as well as individuals) for the 1000+ sales teams.  - Develop multiple Performance Tracking & Dashboards to act as snapshots of all performance data & trends at a macro as well as employee level.   - Design contests & campaigns, aimed at providing impetus to the business, along with bringing focus to key concern areas.  Education & Experience:  - MBA/MTech/MA Economics/ MSc Statistics with 3+ yrs experience in Analytics.  - Strong in SAS, SQL & Excel.  - Preferably from banking product analytics.  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details  Premnath Bojan Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore
