- Analysis of performance of all the business functions and sharing key insights on a regular basis
- Driving internal audit/ reconciliations of key ledgers and ensuring no deviations in the finance/ organisation policy
- Leading monthly book closure, MIS & management presentation, ensuring proper allocation of income/ expenses to the respective cost centers and tracking budget, variance/ ratio analysis and inputs for management decisions
- Costing/ Pricing/ Budgeting/ finance modelling, fund planning/ projections, assistance for due diligence and reporting of investor/ bank requirements. Analysis, planning and execution of investments and banking facilities
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, pricing/ cost analysis etc.,
- Assisting in planning and execution of special assignments/ projects/ new business models
