Manager/AM - Execution - Real Estate

Candidates should be handle and supervise work of site.

- Planning, Co-ordination & Execution.

- Responsible for execution of commercial/housing projects to handle contractors, site execution, civil work, project evaluation,

- Organize, coordinate and direct for all interior & finishing activities in accordance with schedules, drawings, design and specifications so as to complete the works on time and with desired quality.

- Daily co-ordination of activities with Contractors regarding Quality & schedule.

- Monitoring overall execution of interior & exterior finishing works for assigned Towers.

- Monitoring the progress of work at construction site.

- Checking finishing work at site.

- Supervising the progress of the project according to the plan & schedule.

- Preparing quality check list.

- Quality Control and Monitoring at Site.
