Key job responsibilities
Manage service relationships with stakeholders; develop and deliver research products to senior executives. Other responsibilities include:
- Manage multiple client accounts and be responsible for their growth
- Lead large teams of research professionals focused on specific industry sectors and verticals to deliver multiple research projects
- Liaison with stakeholders and clients across the global organization to identify opportunities, and develop proposals to sell business research services
- Drive customer satisfaction;seek and utilize client feedback to improve quality of products and services
- Bring deep understanding of the business issues and trends in one or more industry sectors
- Lead business and resource planning, recruiting strategy, employee engagement, process development and optimum utilization of resources.
