We are hiring Manager Alliances for a Mobile payment solutions company based at Bangalore.

Job Title : Manager Alliances (Partner Banks)

Locations : Delhi and Mumbai

Experience : 8+ years in sales management to a banking sector for a MNC enterprise software company.

Purpose of the job :

To build and maintain sustainable and profitable Alliance Program and Partnerships with company partner banks such as SBI, HDFC, City, Amex etc., in order to fulfill the company's policies and goals. This position is an individual contributor role with the goal to build and manage a team, as required, based on success.

Your Main Responsibilities :

- Achieve revenue targets (Sales Quota) for Incremental and Influenced deals.

- Define Bank Alliance Partner strategy, program and go to market plan.

- MAP the Key Divisions/ Executives within the Bank in order to have have fruitful engagement with the Corporate Clients of the Bank

- Create list of target clients in Enterprise Segment, in consultation with the relevant/appropriate executives of the bank, with value proposition for each segment/ client.

- Set joint value proposition for each partner banks and communicate internally within the company and externally within the Partner Banks

- Build business plan for each partner Bank with timeline, success metrics and planned activities.

- Coordinate Partner Banks training (sales), according to plan.

- Create, manage and participate in joint marketing events with the Partner Banks

- Build and manage pipeline within the company SFA and participate in joint sales calls with the Bank Executives and company Sales Executive, as and when required.

- Present updates, issues and partner bank's successes to the company management

- Ensure overall success of program and bank partners by working closely with all areas of company and Partner Banks.

- Extensive travel is required

Your Profile :

- 8+ years of successful Sales Management to the Banking Sector for MNC Enterprise Software Company, System Integrator and Strategy Consultant firms.

- 5+ years working with large MNC Enterprise Software Company, System Integrator and Strategy Consultant firms and an understanding of their structure and go to market strategies for selling to the Banks

- Experience Managing within a matrix organization.

- Experience building a Partner Program or Partnership from scratch.

- Proven ability to create business solutions based on understanding of Technology/ Solution.

- Track record of carrying and achieving assigned quotas.

- Must be self starter and able to work independently within a matrix organization.
