We are currently retained by a leading client which is a Bengaluru based financial services technology start-up with a focus on Payment Solutions, enabling B2C and even B2B transactions.
Client offers merchants, consumers and businesses, exactly what they want, each time they make or accept a payment. We are looking for someone who is driven by passion, performance oriented and is hungry for success!
The role is for a Manager - Alliances and Business Development, you will lead our efforts in populating our solution with merchants.
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and harness new markets, products and ideas, aligned to company goals.
- Responsible for scouting, presenting and negotiating new alliances and business relationships with education and government organisations.
- Should have experience in Banking alliances
- Would be responsible for identifying new Alliance/Business opportunities, drafting alliance strategy, commercial negotiations and implementation of Alliance program.
- Need to understand financial services technology and payment solutions.
- Responsible for contributing to the budget and other financial goals for the Company including own business-unit budget planning, forecast and adherence to.
- Would be assigned revenue targets which would include maintaining effective relationships, strategize, implement marketing plans and performance monitoring of the alliances.
Must possess following characteristics:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Drive for self-initiative with ample enthusiasm.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and under pressure with challenging targets. Stay abreast with latest trends, ecosystem changes Reporting.
- Should have minimum 6 years of Experience.
