Opening for Alliances Manager (Corporate Marketing).
- Add visible value to business through alliances to assist in product engagement, i.e. derive product proposition based on customer profile and lifestyles.
- Develop strategic alliances with partners on a long- term basis to enhance brand value.
- Drive customer promotions through alliance partners.
- Design and execute customer engagement programs through various partners, towards ensuring effective cross sell, while ensuring customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Should be able to define metrics towards measuring the impact of the alliances.
- Should be able to analyse data to discover insights and relevant actions to grow the business and market share through relevant and unique alliances.
- Help RMMs identify, pitch and close on potential alliance partners. These could be local, regional or national partners
- Keeping detailed track of budget and spends.
- Conduct mystery visits to observe and validate the customer experience at alliance partner outlets and recommend and implement corrective measures from time to time.
- Creative and collateral support within the bank and alliance partners.
