Manager/AGM - Plant Finance

Key Responsibilities:-

- Performing and managing the monthly and quarterly accounts closing processes.

- Preparing financial statements by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends as requested, in a timely and accurate fashion as per Indi's - Monthly as well as quarterly/yearly.

- Ensuring a smooth Audit process by creating and maintaining internal controls, establishing and maintaining immaculate record keeping and managing the audit process.

- Monthly and quarterly reporting to the Group in the prescribed format.

- Monthly Revenue and Cost Analysis as needed and presenting to Business Heads and CEO.

- Computing and processing accruals and prepaid expenses.

- Processing journal entries to the general ledger.

- Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory/OPM process, and Fixed Assets review and controls on these transactions.

- Budgetary control of capex and OpenX.

- Publishing and managing Product costing/BOM by setting up product cost sheets in Oracle and calculating actual vs std Costs.

- Managing the Oracle functioning and enhancement with the IT Team
