We are a 9 year young recruitment firm with a global reach named ARCENT GLOBAL. We provide dependable top level talent to our clients. Currently we have been retained to hire a "MARKETING MANAGER/AGM" to spearhead the marketing a one of our Indian start-up client which is all set to be a leader in area of "business centre management'.

Client is a business venture dealing in "Business Office space Solutions", initiated its operations 2016 with a total headcount of 120 members.They have almost 200 clients onboard and a pan India footprint of over 17 locations. They belong to a famous Group of Industries (from Kolkata) which operates in the jute and information technology industries.

Specialties: Private offices, shared offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, audio-visual rooms, and business lounges

The Role-

Marketing Manager - Based in Gurugram, reporting to Managing Director

Role Objective: Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be the company's go to person responsible for building and owning scalable acquisition channels to achieve our ambitious marketing and brand positioning plans. Successful hires will be manage the overall marketing efforts of the company and given increasing responsibility to own projects, budgets and teams. Our ideal candidate is determined, data-driven and creative, with experience experimenting with and building successful and differentiated B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Acquisition & Demand Generation: Champion paid & unpaid strategies that ensure qualified leads enter our funnel at increasing velocity and cost efficiency. Increase the rate at which prospects convert and drive ongoing engagement/conversions from lead database.

- Campaign planning: Formulate go-to-market strategies for Enterprise segment and new geographies with the Managing Director. Planning includes customer and market research, audience targeting, messaging, localization and budgeting.

- Cross-team collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to communicate campaign plans, synchronize all outreach strategies and messaging to prospects, and coordinate efforts toward at-risk and high-value markets

- Agency supervision: Coordinate with digital marketing and public relations agency to ensure activities are in sync with organizational goals

- Website optimization: Devise and execute optimization tests that improve our website goal conversion

- Tech and Sales support: Coordinate with internal teams to extend marketing support for their outreach and launch efforts

- Brand Management: Own overall brand management and corporate identity of the company

- Partnership & Alliances: Oversee partnerships and alliances for cross promotion and branding with other notable brands

REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years of successful digital, multi-channel and event marketing leadership experience.

- Strong financial acumen and expertise creating marketing budgets and managing costs within budget.

- Superior written/oral communication skills and the ability to present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner

- Strong analytics skills and data-driven mindset

- Hands-on experience managing at least 2 paid acquisition channels

- Hands-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools

- Masterful problem solving skills

- Appreciation for brand

- Customer-first mindset and research experience

- Desire to learn, coach and be coached

- Strong design sensibility and copywriting skills

- Experience working with a premium brand
