Manager/ AGM
Key Responsibility:
- Performing and managing the monthly and quarterly accounts closing processes.
- Preparing financial statements by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends as requested, in a timely and accurate fashion as per IndAS - Monthly as well as quarterly/yearly.
- Ensuring a smooth Audit process by creating and maintaining internal controls, establishing and maintaining immaculate record keeping and managing the audit process.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting to the Group in the prescribed format.
- Monthly Revenue and Cost Analysis as needed and presenting to Business Heads and CEO.
- Computing and processing accruals and prepaid expenses.
- Processing journal entries to the general ledger.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory/ OPM process, and Fixed Assets review and controls on these transactions.
- Budgetary control of capex and Opex.
- Publishing and managing Product costing/ BOM by setting up product cost sheets in Oracle and calculating actual vs std Costs.
- Managing the Oracle functioning and enhancement with the IT Team.
- Perform additional responsibilities within the department as assigned.
