Job Descriptions:

This position is responsible for monitoring & managing execution of U&R activities through CS work-force for the designated State.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor & manage execution of usage & retention activities devised by marketing team through CS work-force (at Centers& Regional Contact Center)

Prepare execution plan and ensure front-line agents readiness through relevant training

Liaise with local marketing teams to understand & plan requirements for execution of U&R activities

Monitor & track execution efficiency and effectiveness

Track performance against objectives for U&R activities

Collate feedback and inputs from front-line agents for performance improvement

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for the success of U&R programs
