Brief of Role: Manager - Affiliate Marketing

This is a PAN India level Role and involves execution of affiliate campaigns for Salary Advance (similar to Personal loans).

Candidate is expected to maintain and execute the affiliate marketing campaigns, analyse the campaigns and make result - driven inferences.

The candidate is responsible for the following activities :

- Lead the strategy, development, execution and optimization of Affiliate marketing campaigns with several partners

- Strategize and run performance marketing led campaigns

- Consolidate metrics and provide ongoing reporting and analytics to senior level management, and provide guidance for program optimization.

- Gather Market Intelligence on competitor activities on each product.

- Identify opportunities for applying new technologies and services to online campaign

- Business achieved from the campaigns executed vs the cost of the campaigns

- Reach and awareness achieved through these campaigns

Key Skills required

- Good analytical & creative skills, ability to learn

Typical Profile

- Candidates with 1 to 5 years work experience in affiliate marketing (Preferable)
