Manager - Affiliate Marketing - BFS/IT

Responsibilities:

1. Own the affiliate marketing piece for a Series - A funded Peer-to-peer lending platform in India.

2. Responsible for the growth and performance of affiliate marketing initiatives.

3. Identify new channels for CPC/CPL/CPA and manage exiting 3rd party channels.

4. Build new partnerships with high potential partners

5. Track metrics across channels; negotiate and close media partnerships.

6. Analysis of all campaign models.

Good To Have :

1. Prior experience of 2+ years in Affiliate marketing at a high growth venture.

2. Exposure to a Fintech setup and understanding of BFSI Ecosystem.

3. Agile mindset with knack to work in a dynamic environment.
