Manager - Advocacy and Partnerships - NGO

Advocacy and strategic support :

- Manage existing advocacy initiatives including managing website and social media presence; sub-contracts with state leads and organizing events

- Lead campaigns: Manage coalition for social media events and advance advocacy with legal fraternity and

- Maintain government relations

- Corporate Communication: Collate, develop reports, presentations relating to work and impact and disseminate the same internally and externally.

- Team Management: Build and maintain a high performance culture across staff teams.

- Donor management: Maintain relationships with existing donors and respond to their requests regularly

Requirements :

- Master's Degree in Social Sciences / Demography/Public Health with atleast 8 years experience in Advocacy/Corporate communications in social development, health management/reproductive health or social business.

- Good understanding of Sexual and Reproductive Health situation in India especially Family Planning and Safe Abortions.

- Experience of commissioning and working with external agencies for advocacy and communication including designing, developing terms of reference, selecting external agencies, overseeing implementation, analysis, report writing and development of communication materials
