Our Client a Biotech Limited is in business for more than two decade in the area of Textile Specialty Chemicals, Home, Personal Care & Performance Chemicals, and Animal Health & Nutrition. Personal Care & cosmetics business in India is growing at fast pace and expected to be 25B$ by 2025, and Online is taking big share of the same, we have great opportunity to service this growth through B2B selling of products.

They are starting new subsidiary in Personal Care Products Pvt. Ltd. in this we will be operating as ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) for Personal care & Cosmetics products. We will do Product Design, Sourcing and Manufacturing of these products for B2B business in On-Line/Off-line space. Ambition is to create 1000 Cr. + company in less then 5 years.

Leadership team for the company comprise of :

- CEO: Chemical Engineer from IIT-Delhi, MBA from NMIMS having 25+ years of experience in Product Development, Sourcing and Manufacturing across top organization like Unilever, Asian Paints, Glaxo and Lupin Agrochemicals.

- Director: Masters in Chemical Engineering from Imerial College of London having experience of Product Development and Manufacturing

- Director: Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from University of South Florida having experience of Business Development and Marketing

- President Private Brand: Bachelors of Commerce, PGDBM, 20+ years experience of Procurement and Manufacturing

Position: Advertisement Manager

Reporting to : Director BDM

Team Handling: 2 people reporting into this position

1. We need someone who has experience understanding the requirements of various departments and guiding the advt team accordingly

2. Has experience setting up roles and responsibilities for the team

3. Understands how to set objectives and is self-driven

4. Can coordinate with external teams for developing artworks, logos, labels, communications like magazines, Annual Report, etc,

5. Can assist with brand manual creation for all of our brands and companies

6. Can communicate and evaluate well

7. Must understand how to correct English grammar for all artwork before Quality Control

Pre -requests for the role

- Bachelor's degree/ MBA with a Masters in Marketing management.

- 5-10 years- experience

Experience in Personal care or wellness products is required
