Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated AdTech manager to join our team who can help our clients . The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with top-tier publishers and marketers, playing a pivotal role in solving their challenges related to data, advertising, and technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate ad performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.

- Solve for adtech issues like viewability, tracking

- Support the sales and ad ops teams in implementing and troubleshooting ad campaigns.

- Integrate programmatic partners

- Create detailed reports and dashboards for internal and client use.

- Analyze data to identify areas for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.

- Work closely with the tech team to integrate new ad technologies into existing platforms.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in AdTech or MarTech

- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and Google Ad manager

- Familiarity with audience and data platforms

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
