Position: Admin Manager - State Level
Years of Experience: 10 + years experience in Admin & Facility Management in Telecom/IT Industries
Qualification: Graduate/post graduate

Responsibilities
Overall & General Administration of the offices in around Chennai / Tamil Nadu. Responsible for coordinating the housekeeping and maintain hygienic & cleanliness at work place with the facilities team at RCP. Monitoring the service levels
Responsible for accounting Asset through personal verification of movable & fixed assets that have been provided, maintaining records of the same.
Planning & allocation and utilization of space that has been earmarked for with updates in SAMS
Ensure support to employees who are shifting, relocating offices
Responsible for ensuring that pantry & F&B services for RJIL meetings
Delivering & building strong support to the employees and other team members by providing facilities as & when required
Responsible for vendor bills processing on timely basis through SAP as well as ensuring bill payments by follow ups with concerned departments
Responsible for managing stationery requirement and reducing use of unwanted materials
Responsible for EHS awareness in work place
Supporting employee and their families in emergencies
Implementing standard SOP's in the office complex
Project management, supervising and coordinating work of contractors at the across the offices
Prepare and monitor budgets.
Requirements
Fluent in English & Hindi & should have excellent commutations & presentation skills
SAP knowledge is a must
Knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance programs & procedures
Knowledge of safety principles and practices
Knowledge of the budget process
Ability to plan, organize and get work done so as to achieve desired result
Ability to define problems, collect data, established facts, and draw conclusions
