Manager - Administration - Manufacturing Plant

Looking for Graduates / MBA, preferably from DEFENCE background. Must have experience in administration of a medium to large size plant. Strong man management skills and leadership quality.

Brief JD:

- Manage Facilities of the unit, critical environment activities, House keeping, Security

- Transportation, Canteen, Guest House, Travel etc

- Expats residence, VISA, FRRO,

- Vendor Management related to AMC, Stationary, building Maintenance

- Procurement monitoring

- Liaison with Govt Authorities, Local Administration, Police etc.

- Documentation of all essential services

- Statutory compliances

- Real estate Management

- Event Management

- Budgeting and budgetary control

- Specific Assignments from time to time

Candidate must have :

1. Excellent communication skills

2. Polished nature, Analytical and planning mindset

3. Good man management skill
