- Managing Admin team.

- Budgeting and monitoring of various cost elements.

- Prepare MIS for management reviews.

- Checking and certifying vendor invoices for payment approvals.

- Sourcing, Negotiating, Executing & Managing contracts.

- Vendor Management.

- Compliance with Municipality, Labor Laws & all other governing regulations.

- Liaison with govt. & non-govt. bodies as required

- Handling and supervision of Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria, Repair & Maintenance.

- Managing Mobility/communication - Landlines, Mobile connections, etc.

- Explore and recommend best practices, automation, upgradation in existing processes, infrastructure, system, etc.
