Administration 60% and HR 40%

Education: Candidate Should have Good HR Education Background (MBA / MHRM / MSW)

- Operation in Construction / Engineering / EPC HR Activity like Legal, IR in the implementation of PMS, T&D, OD and Engagement initiatives, as planned and envisaged at the Corporate Office.

- Payroll Management & Recruitment and manpower planning

- Performance Evaluation, Coordination of Performance Management System

- General Office Administration, ISO audit Facing

- Sound knowledge of Labour laws

- Assist DGM in in the implementation of the HR initiatives, Training & Development and Training Management initiatives in coordination with corporate and all the manufacturing units.

- Support Organizational Change ensuring that the appropriate systems of Performance Management, Employee Development, Communication, Monitoring and Review are in place Develop and implement Leadership, Management and Team, Building programmers which
