- Administering / planning and executing multiple functions to ensure smooth operations of all administrative functions
- Take care of Facilities Management activities such as Cafeteria Management, Housekeeping, Facility upkeep, Safety & Security, lease formalities
- Monitoring the Administration budgets & managing all admin related expenses, along with
- Capex & Opex, Inventory Management; preparing all monthly, quarterly and yearly reports & MIS
- Managing Travel & Hotel Bookings - Domestic & International, Local transportation, Car Lease Police, Event Management
- Execute end to end new facility set up - local and outstation, Implementing Business Expansion Plans
- Purchase & Procurement
- Vendor management and empanelling new vendors for various services as and when required
- Keeping up-to-date on the Statutory Compliances
- Petty cash for day-to-day requirement
