Job Purpose :
Provide smooth, effective and cost-beneficial administrative services in the organization and ensure that the public relation & administration activities are carried out at the appropriate time to the satisfaction of employees under organizational guidelines.

Key result area shall include the following:
The incumbent will be responsible for handling the various administrative and public relations related activities in the company. These would include:
- Purchase and procurement.
- Security.
- Housekeeping.
- Cafeteria.
- General Administration.
- Communication (Tele/Mobile etc)
- Vehicle Maintenance.
- Premises Maintenance.
- EPBX/ FAX/ Photocopier/ Office furniture/ Office Assets.
- Electricity.
- Police station / Local political leaders.
- To attend and liaison with Government / Semi-Government authorities for smoothly handling any grievances/concerns as per the requirements of the organization.
- To ensure good housekeeping in the office premises.
- To assist to control the cost of all administrative expenses.
- To maintain and prepare monthly expenses report of all administration related areas and submit it to the superiors for analyses.
- To liaison with insurance companies for group personal accident policies.
- To apply / renew all the licenses wherever applicable on or before due date.
- To organize and coordinate for arrangements of events / welfare activities / functions / get together etc as and when required.
- To responsible and coordinate with other group companies offices for all capital expenditure items like furniture / telephone / renovation items / stationary etc.
- To ensure timely payments of Mobile, Telephone and Electricity Bills.
- Responsible for the management of entire office keys.
- To look after A.C, FAX. Copier, Pest control and assist to renew the AMC of all the items periodically of all offices of the Mumbai region.
- Liaison with government officials and non government agencies. To keep professional contact with management / professional associations
