We are looking for candidates for the position of Manager

Role: Manager Admin & Facility

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 7+ years

Facility Management :

- He is responsible for the areas of facility management and maintenance and all facilities deliverables.

- He incumbent partners with Business Unit Leaders and other functions to develop and refine long-term strategies to ensure facilities, products, and services meet changing business and evolving marketplace conditions.

- This position is responsible strategic and tactical facilities initiatives including the oversight of multiple facilities.

- Responsible for facilities Leads/ Supervisors and staff in all sites and staff members who specialize in providing preventive maintenance including general building maintenance, mechanical systems, housekeeping and grounds keeping; quality assurance for mechanical, electrical and plumbing system during renovation and construction projects; and code compliance.

- Look after vendor management, right from hutting, on-boarding, evaluating, payments, and compliance for facilities gamut.

- Should drive for reduction in operative expenses without compromising on standards.

- Look after all client visits, VIP arrangements.

- Ensure safe place to work by effectively managing soft services (Security, Housekeeping, BMS, Cafeteria, Pest control, Washroom Hygiene) & Safety Initiatives at work.

- Look after hard services (Eletro-mechanical operation and maintenance - 52 weeks PPM, AMC of critical equipment's DG, UPS, AC, Transformer, Chiller, Water Pumps, Fire Fighting system, WLD System & Lifts).

- Look after general office necessities including stationery, tea coffee, snacks, medicines, cakes, courier, etc.

- Would be responsible for managing 3rd Party Manpower.

- Should ensure compliance to audits from facilities gamut.

- Should be familiar with SEZ and STPI protocols.

GLOBAL JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Develop and implement contemporary facilities procedures to meet company needs and WOW the internal customer.

- Familiarize & Adhere to Company information security & quality policies and standards that relate to one's work.

- Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information (client/business related) used in course of work at all time including but not limited to user ids & passwords.

- Awareness of access rights to information & information systems.

- Reporting information security incidents including but not limited to suspected viruses immediately.

- Ensure that critical data in the folders where it can be backed up & same is information
