Job Purpose :
- Overseeing, Supervising & Handling Pan India Administration.
Job description :
- Collaborate with colleagues, function heads & stakeholders to develop Admin strategy in sync with business demands
- Prepare statistical reports, analyses, and exhibit to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare, maintain, and execute organization administrative policies and procedural manual.
- Oversee the annual budget preparation for Administration and present for management approval, monitor and control the budget.
- Responsible for new initiative rollouts across group companies and monitoring the same for constant improvement. Liaise with
- Corporate Admin and Group Business Admin to roll out initiatives/projects across business.
- Managing statutory compliances, vendor mobilization & registration.
- Managing Team members and aligning them for process adherence and implementation.
- Leading Certification, Audit's & liaison with govt. & non-govt. bodies as required
- Procurement, designing & opening of new offices.
- Handling, supervising and enhance Housekeeping, Security,
- Repairs / Maintenance, Pantry Service, Fire & Safety for all the offices
- Group Travel Management and Policy Implementation including managing corporate travel, ticketing & hotel bookings.
- Managing entire Mobility/communication including COCP connections, data cards, landlines etc.
- Managing Purchase & Contracting, Lead vendor negotiations & establishing a sustainable, mutually beneficial relationship with them.
- Automation of processes with a focus on seamless delivery of services to the end user.
- Implementing best practices & Automation of Admin activities with a focus on seamless delivery of services to the end user
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
