Role and Responsibilities:   Mandate skills : Ecommerce domain, Seller acquisition, ad sales  1.Manage a team of Business Development Managers, Sales Associates & Advertising Account Managers  2.Deliver an active advertiser base and ad revenues for the year  3.Develop a sales charter for acquiring sellers for Advertising and delivering Advertising revenue for the eCommerce company's India Marketplace.  4.Maintain a robust sales pipeline.  5.Identify brand building services across geographies and work towards making them available to sellers on the online site of the eCommerce domain.  6.Identify scalable reports and streamline communication channels to drive adoption of desirable behavior among the entire seller base  7.Identify and refine metrics for tracking program and seller success.  8.Business Reporting  9.Represent 3P business for Advertising at review meetings with India business leadership  10.Provide financial planning inputs  11.Analyze the business to understand trends, shifts, spikes/dips etc.  Basic Qualifications:  - MBA or equivalent post-graduation, with at least six years of experience in Sales or Account management, E-commerce or retail.  - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously  - Experience in directly leading operational and project teams  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.  Preferred Qualifications:  - Work experience in consumer product sales/marketing or in e-commerce.  - Prior experience influencing C-level executives.
